Youtube has 1 billion hours of video watch time across 88 countries and 76 languages.

Youtube is the second biggest search engine after Google. Google Inc owns both of them.

Social media is a great marketing tool, but email is the most affordable medium to interact with customers directly.

70% of customers prefer email as their primary source of communication. If not, customers take the whole thing to twitter, so they get heard.

If you look closely, customers prefer Twitter over Facebook or other social channels.

On the other hand, as much as 60% of customers enjoy promotional email from companies & brands. Hence, it’s a win-win situation for both companies & customers.
